David Sarif Deus ex fan art

I decided to draw David Sarif with a vest from Human Revolution (but using a face model from MD).
When i started working on it i ran into problem: i had no idea what was the material this vest was made of.
I did my research but it didn't help, so..i decided to be a bit more creative :) hope you want judge me too hard for that
